Welcome to the AFGE Organizing for Activists Training Portal — a space built for federal workers who refuse to stand by while our rights, our jobs, and our unions are under attack. Across the country, anti-worker forces are trying to silence our voices, weaken collective bargaining, and dismantle the protections that generations of union members fought to secure.
This training portal exists because we are fighting back — with knowledge, skill, and solidarity. Here, you’ll learn how to organize in your workplace, grow your local’s power, and stand shoulder to shoulder with workers across the nation to defend our rights and advance our movement.
